MPS HRM Program Overview

The part-time, online Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management (MPS HRM) program is designed for mid-career professionals in the HR field or individuals with a baccalaureate degree who are looking to transition into the field of Human Resource Management.

Developed in a manner to allow students to continue working while simultaneously pursuing their graduate degree, our program is built around four key principles.

  • Our courses are taught by accomplished faculty with extensive practical experience.
  • Our research-informed curriculum is integrated and designed specifically to develop your strategic HRM competencies.
  • Our program is designed to provide you with extensive interaction with your faculty and high achieving peers.
  • Our residency requirement is designed to provide you with an opportunity to develop and expand your professional network.

The MPS HRM program began accepting students in the spring of 2004. Our program distinguishes itself on the basis of its ability to enroll a diverse and talented group of students each fall and spring.
