Human Resource Management at UConn

The Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management (MPS HRM) program requires 36 graduate-level credits that include 30 credit hours of online course work, 6 credit hours of a Capstone project, and a professional residency.

Students in the MPS HRM part-time, online degree program will develop skills and knowledge in:

  • intercultural communications


Unless otherwise stated, all courses follow APA format, and students are expected to familiarize themselves with the standards outlined by the American Psychological Association (APA).
