Complete your degree at your pace on your schedule. Developed with the busy adult student in mind, the BGS Program offers convenient daytime and evening classes at each of our UConn Campuses - with many Saturday and online classes available too.
Your Academic Counselor will work one-on-one with you from the start of your program right through to graduation to chart a plan that best meets your own unique needs.
Explore your interests and expand your knowledge. Examine a topic of interest from a range of academic perspectives by integrating coursework from several different subject areas. Choose from one of UConn’s BGS Theme options.

If you have earned your Associate’s Degree or you have earned at least 60 credits from a regionally accredited college or university, you are invited to apply to the Bachelor of General Studies Program.
